Screen-Printing Campaigne T-Shirt!

Firstly we we had to choose a campaigne, I chose to do: Stop Child Abuse. We then had to come up with 3 ideas of what design would be suitable for the cause and the t-shirt. My T-Shirt is sort of aimed towards one type of Child Abuse, For example Children who get kid-napped and get held hostage and get abused.
I come up with a saying: Stranger=Danger. It just means that children need to look out for who they talk to, if it is a stranger it could lead to danger as you don't know what that person is like.
This Is What My Design Looked Like When I Done It In Photo-Shop:
But On My T-shirt The Word Stranger Is Green And The = Sign Is Yellow.

Campaign Idea's!

We Had To Come Up With Three Campaign Idea's, One To Improve My Own Life, One To Improve Someone Else's Life and One To Make Someone Smile Here Are my Idea's;

My First Idea For A Campaign To Make My Life Better Is For College To Start Later Than Nine o'Clock At Least Twice A Week, As I Start At Nine Every Morning, And I'm Really Not A Morning Person, So This Would Improve My Life.
My Second Idea; To Improve Someone Else's Life Is To Put A Stop To Child Abuse! This Would Improve So Many Childrens Lives, There Are So Many Children That Get Abused Everyday And People Don't Evan Know About it! This Needs To Stop So They Can Have A Happy Childhood, Childhood Is Very Important In Life.
My Third Idea For: To Make Someone Smile, Is To Get Free Hot Chocolate In The Morning, As It's A Nice Way To Start The Day, And I'm Sure It Would Put A Smile On Most People's Faces!

My Top Five Tips To Myself Are;

* To Take More Timing Planning My Design, To Make Sure That My Design Is Exactly How I Want It.

* Make Sure I Have Cut Everything Out That I Want.

And I Can't Think Of A More.

Stencil Art Evaluation

For This Mini Project We Had To Create A Stencil, To Then Spray Onto Paper Or A T-Shirt. First We Had To Come Up With Four Designs, We Then Got Feedback From The Rest Of The Class, We Then Had To Pick Out Favourite And Draw It Onto a A3 Sized Bit Of Paper. After Finalising Our Image We Then Had To Re-Create Our Design In Photo shop, We Had To Add Bridges To Our Design So When We Cut It Out None Of The Bits We Wanted Fell Off. Once We Printed It Out And Onto Acetate We Had To Cut It Out Using A Stanley Knife, We Had To Be Careful Not To Cut Out Any Of The Bits We Needed. After Cutting Out Our Stencils We Then Finally Got To Spray Paint Them.
One Of The Things I Learnt From This Technique Such As Putting Bridges On Our Designs So Anything We Needed Didn't Come Unattached Or Anything. What Im Most Pleased With Is That My Design Came Out How I Wanted It Too. The Bit I Would Change Is The Hat, As It Has No Colour In It, I Only Realised I Hadn't Cut It Out When I Got Outside To SprayPaint It, Other Than That I Came Out How I Wanted It Too.

Banksy!

Banksy Is A Anonymous Graffiti Artist, He is believed to of been born near Bristol in 1974 that makes him 35. The son of a photocopier technician, he trained as a butcher but became involved in graffiti during the great Bristol aerosol boom of the late 1980s. His artworks are often pieces of art on topics such as politics, culture, and ethics. His street art, which combines graffiti writing with a distinctive stencilling technique is similar to Blek le Rat, who began to work with stencils in 1981 in Paris.
This Piece of Stencil Art Work Is Very Clever, Its A Maid Cleaning The Floor, Banksy Has Made It Look Like Shes Pulling The Paint Up From The Wall To Put The Dirt Under It.

This Is Banksy's Tag, If You See Any Stencil Art Work and It Hasn't Got This Tag Then It Is Not Done By The Real Banksy.

I Think All Of Banksy's Stencil Art Work Is Really Effective, He Doesn't Use A Wide Variety Of Colours On The Stencil Art Work I Chose, He Only Used Black And White, But The Piece Of Stencil Art Work Doesn't Need Any Other Colours As It Is A Maid. He Uses Humour In A Clever Way, As You Can See On This Piece Where The Maid Is Pulling Up The Curtain To Put Whatever She Was Cleaning Up Under There, He Made Her Look Out To The Audience While She's Doing It To Make Her Look Like She's Watching Out For People While She's Doing It.
